1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your access to and use of Bioprocess Hub (the "Service") — its community, knowledge base, calculators, decision tools and document generators. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Accounts are for your own professional use; do not share logins.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access.
• Upload malicious code or misuse other members' information.

4. Tools, calculators & guidance — no warranty of fitness

The calculators, sizing tools, decision selectors and any recommendations are provided for early-stage, indicative planning only. They use simplified assumptions and must not be relied upon as engineering, financial, legal, medical or regulatory advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any result before acting on it. The Service does not replace qualified professional or process-development work.

5. Content & intellectual property

• The Service, its software and original content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.
• Third-party articles and news are linked to their original sources, which retain all rights; we display short previews only.
• You retain ownership of the details you enter, and grant us the right to store and process them as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Paid features

Some features may require payment. Prices, quotas and terms for any paid plan are shown at the point of purchase. Where a feature is marked "coming soon" it is not yet available and no charge applies.

7. Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes take effect when posted here with a new "last updated" date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on the tools or content.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
