Which in-line sensors are actually worth it at 1–2 KL scale?

Beyond DO and pH, which PAT (in-line biomass, Raman for glucose/lactate, capacitance) has paid for itself at pilot/clinical scale in your experience — and which was more trouble than it was worth?
